Please allow 1-3 weeks for product delivery.
Most orders ship the next day, however please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Our orders are shipped via USPS to the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included). Orders to Canada are also shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We can not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternative shipping address.
Please double check that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be altered in any way once your order has been processed. We will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, unless that order is classified as "undeliverable" and returned to us. Illusion Clothing, Inc. will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate. Orders that are returned to us as "undeliverable" due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient. If for any reason your order is returned to us we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund for the undelivered items and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as "undeliverable". If you would still like to purchase items that we were not able to deliver, please place a new order on our website with the correct address.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address provided during the sign-up process.
