Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, no exceptions. Please be sure you take a look at our size chart and that you are satisfied with your order before you checkout. Check the color, size, and quantity of each item in your cart to ensure your order is as you wanted it. Please feel free to e-mail us with any specific questions you may have about any particular style at customer service.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item once you have received it, we will gladly take it back within 14 days (2 weeks) of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. The item(s) MUST be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date the package was delivered to you. In some cases we may be more lenient with the 14 day (2 Week) policy in regards to EXCHANGES if extenuating circumstances apply, but we will not REFUND your money if the item(s) is not returned to us within the 14 days (2 weeks). No exceptions.
Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. The only exceptions are in the rare cases where an incorrect item is sent or the shipping company (USPS) or Illusion Clothing, Inc. delayed your order.
All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Illusion Clothing, Inc. will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer. Illusion Clothing Inc. always provides proper washing instructions in the product description provided and always recommends hang drying items.
All returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization Number included. Visit Customer Service (add link to page) to request a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item/items. VERY IMPORTANT - Any returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization number will be denied and returned to you at your own expense.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Illusion Clothing, Inc.
